career-driven individuals who are interested in building a
long-term career in sales leadership . This role begins as an
Insurance Sales Agent , where you'll receive comprehensive
training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to develop strong
sales and client management skills. For those who demonstrate
strong performance, leadership potential, and consistency, this
role offers a Fast Track to Sales Management , with the opportunity
to advance into a leadership position within approximately two
years based on performance milestones. This is an ideal opportunity
for individuals who want more than just a sales role — it's a
structured path toward management, mentorship, and long-term growth
. Compensation: $100,000 - $180,000 yearly Responsibilities: Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding
their insurance and financial protection needs Lead, coach, and
motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve business goals
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and
market share Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales
agents Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and
reports to senior management Build and maintain strong client
relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction Stay
updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory
requirements Represent the company professionally at client
meetings, networking events, and community engagements
Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in
business or a similar field 3 years of experience in sales
management or in a leadership role in the sales department
Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication
skills Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred, not
required) Sales experience is a plus, but not required — training
is provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed Interest in
leadership, management, and long-term career growth Licensed or
