Responsibilities:
- Builds and tests various mechanical components of oilfield
equipment / tools.
- Know and perform basic mechanical assemblies troubleshooting on
applicable products; use test and inspection procedures when
necessary.
- Know and perform basic hydraulic troubleshooting and inspection
procedures.
Requirements:
- General Profile should be a mechanical or electro-mechanical
technician preferably with two years technical degree.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and
schematics.
- Ability to use mechanical tools, pertinent manual hand tools,
and mechanical test equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and complete documentation.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to perform basic math computations (additions and
subtraction of measurements, imperial to metric
conversions).
- Ability to read and understand specifications, process, and
safety instructions
- Ability to use all types of measuring equipment applicable to
the area.
