What does a great Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst do? The
Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst position is a Subject Matter
Expert (SME) role within Fiserv's Cyber Threat Intelligence team.
The role involves research and analysis of large amounts of
structured and unstructured cyber threat data from vendors, open
source, and internal sources to include multiple security tools and
teams. The candidate will produce a variety of tactical and
strategic level finished intelligence products to support
decision-making and assist in creating detection and mitigation
strategies based on actor and campaign analysis. The ideal
candidate for this job will be an experienced intelligence
professional who is goal oriented and strives to exceed
expectations. The candidate must have experience providing
intelligence products for senior management along with the ability
to communicate complex ideas to varied audiences. This role may
require short-term, non-traditional work hours based on team needs.
Basic Qualifications for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience working within an Intelligence role
- Experience conducting detailed technical threat analysis
supported by industry accepted intelligence analytical frameworks,
tools, and standards
- Ability to construct and publish threat intelligence products
and intelligence briefings to provide actionable information to
tactical and strategic stakeholders
- Provide awareness to teams and leadership on changes to the
cyber threat landscape through various products
- Capable of developing portfolios of threat profiles, trends,
and common attack vectors to predict future incidents including a
common operating picture and cyber security situational
awareness
- Possess an understanding of malicious code and how
vulnerabilities are exploited
- Familiarity with disseminating information in accordance with
TLP classification and handling protocols, to the sector through
the appropriate mechanisms
- Experience providing intelligence support during incident
response and forensic security investigations and respond to
requests for ad-hoc reporting and research topics from management
and analysts as required
- Ability to actively participate in the development,
documentation, and implementation of new processes to expand and
mature capabilities for the organization
- Ability to utilize multiple intelligence sources across all
intelligence disciplines. Preferred Qualifications for
Considerations
- Industry certifications such as GCTI, CTIA, and CCTIA
- Skills in using Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) tools.
Travel required: 10-15% Percentage/frequency of travel Who We Are:
