*JOB # 864-282*Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in the Southeast Houston area.This position will be responsible for overseeing the central intake of all receivables. Ensures that all receivables match purchase orders and/or invoices to ensure proper handling.*Responsibilities:** Prepares receiving logs daily. Make contact with outside vendors to ensure that all receivables meet specifications.* Check, match, and record all purchase orders, supplies, and equipment to ensure that all paperwork, contracts, invoices, or payment discrepancies are documented to ensure proper handling.* Make frequent checks with accounts payables to ensure accurate status of incoming or outgoing goods. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.*Job Requirements:** Must have 1-3 years of experience.* *Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.** Bilingual preferred **Schedule:*Monday-Saturday from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Weekends and overtime as needed.*Pay:*$16.00 - $18.00 an hour.
