Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE: This position will act as a Deskside Tier II position at Eagle Lake Children's Center and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service by providing technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. Technical assistance shall be provided via phone and in-person related to computer hardware and software, audio/visual remote meetings and presentations, mobile devices and other tech tools and products; respond to queries, diagnose, and resolve problems related to operating systems, hardware and software programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
