Join a Caring Local Company - We're - Hiring! -We -are a family-owned and operated senior relocation and estate sale liquidation company looking for high quality team members in Sugar Land, TX and surrounding areas. -We specialize in downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. This position -is part-time and/or on an as needed basis with potential for promotion in to a team lead role after training and experience. -Knowledge of antiques, collectibles, outdoor items, tools and/or household goods and experience with packing and organizing is a plus. Candidates must be able to lift 30 -pounds, be on your feet for the majority of the day and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. -This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to provide a valuable service to those in your community!COVID-related requirements

    • Sort, organize and -pack -household goods for liquidation
    • Perform research on merchandise to determine the fair market value
    • Safely pack and unpack goods
    • Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
    • Staging & preparing homes for sale
    • Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers
    • Lifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home
    • Help manage estate sales
    • Be fully bonded and insured, including workers' comp
    • And more, no 2 days are alike!Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):
      • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
      • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation
      • Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
      • Access to a computer or smartphone -for scheduling, time-keeping & project management appsAvailability/Hours/Pay Rate -
