Individual is a key member of project related activities. Leads technical and engineering efforts for analytical integration projects from design through construction and testing. Regularly works with Project Managers, Designers, and other internal team members to ensure projects are executed in a timely fashion with high quality deliverables. Communicates with the client often to ensure customer satisfaction.

Yokogawa is seeking to hire a Analytical System Integration Engineer!

Primary Tasks:

• Engineers analyzer systems to meet all project and regulatory requirements while minimizing costs.
• Performs or oversees all electrical, mechanical, and chemical engineering calculations.
• Specifies analyzers, instrumentation, power distribution, HVAC, and sample system components for use in projects.
• Delegates project tasks to Support Engineers, Designers, and Document Control Specialists to ensure efficient project execution.
• Reviews all technical documents for compliance with project quality documents and specifications. Ensures all documents meet Yokogawa standards.
• Works with vendors and other project team members to select material and issue procurement requests.
• Works in a structured fashion to facilitate collaboration and teamwork. Requirements:
  • BS degree in Engineering or other relevant disciplines with 3-5 years of experience as an Analyzer Integration Engineer. Or, alternatively, 10 years of experience working with analyzers and industrial instrumentation.
  • Strong knowledge of sample system and electrical design.
  • Strong listening skills as ability to communicate clearly verbally and digitally.
  • Knowledgeable of NEC/IEC/CEC.
  • High level of focus and attention to detail.
  • Works well in a team environment as both a leader and a follower.
  • Skilled user of AutoCAD and Excel Preferred Traits:
    • Field experience working with analyzers and instrumentation.
    • Knowledge of building codes.
    • Strong understanding of chemical, petrochemical, and refining industries.
    • Experience working on major international projects.
    • Familiar with analyzer and control system networking.
    • Experience working with EPCs.
