We are looking for an Innovation Partner who can be the front runner in implementing an innovation methodology into the company's way of working. The Innovation Partners will have an important role in nurturing the capabilities of the future within Noble.QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of experience working with corporate innovation, innovation strategy, innovation consulting or in a start-up.
• Skilled in applying innovation mindset, processes, and methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, lean startup, agile) to solving a given challenge.
• Well-connected networker in the Houston Innovation world, (knows key ecosystem players: other corporates, investors, accelerators, innovators, academia, etc.)
• Experience with exploring how to deliver value and identify new opportunities for long-term growth.
• Thrives in a flat environment but knows how to maneuver in a hierarchical one.
• Thinks commercially when working with organizations or in innovation projects.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of uncertainty and navigating ambiguity.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Working together on internal cross-functional projects to take skilled colleagues on all levels through the amazing world of innovation tools.
    • Taking leadership of training and workshop activities across the business facilitating Design Thinking projects, design sprints, and innovation exploration activities.
    • Being an innovation culture ambassador both, internally and externally and advocate for innovation in different forums.
    • Supporting the organization on key strategic projects with an innovation mindset and methodology.
    • To connect with existing innovation platforms and partners to scout for new start-ups and expand our network.
    • Build understanding within the organization of the value of collaborating with external ecosystem players and help connect with relevant, potential ecosystem partners.
