you.About Our Customer Relations RepresentativeOur company is

service. In this role, attention to detail and organization are
crucial. You are the driving force from the moment an order is

position for you!Responsibilities
- Complete all sales and service orders in an accurate and timely
manner utilizing CRM
- Identify, address, and follow up on all discrepancies and
customer issues
- Coordinate logistics of the shipping process including required
documentation for international customers
- Understand and follow departmental and internal procedures to
contribute to the success of the team
- These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to
perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill
other duties as needed.Key Skills

- Tech Savvy: You are familiar with Microsoft Office applications
and able to quickly adapt to new software programs, including the
Welker ERP software, to handle the clerical aspects of the

and effectively.Qualifications
- Customer-oriented with a proactive nature and a positive
attitude
- Comfortable calling customers to ensure expedient
resolutions
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
