Our Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Groundskeeper for our Affordable Housing Community of 120 units in Sugarland, TX. Requirements: -Minimum 1-2 years of related experience -Apartment industry experience is preferred -High School diploma, or GED equivalency -Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus -Must be detail oriented, reliable, and able to manage time.
