Job Description:
- Supervise Production Personnel. This includes recordkeeping,
reviewing, motivating, coaching and working in conjunction with
Human Resources to hire, counsel, terminate and address employee
related issues - Must be able to perform all the responsibilities
of the Production Operators and the Lead Production Operator -
Coordinating and supervising new Production Operator orientation
and overall training - Working directly with the Production Manager
to schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities - Supervising
all production manufacturing activities daily - Working with the
Production Manager to resolve manufacturing issues - Alerting the
QA department of quality issues, assisting with QA investigations
and coordinating the implementation of QA corrective actions and/or
recommendations - Ensuring all production activities follow cGMPs
and standard procedures - Ensuring all production activities are
following the company safety policies - Reviewing production batch
records and logs
