We are currently seeking a Pouching Operator ( Night Shift) to join our team. Hourly Rate: $15.00. Role qualifies for a $2.00 shift differential. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Receives and thoroughly reviews and understands the Pouching job jackets, job specifications, and customer requirements. • Performs Pouching job setup/changeover and operates/troubleshoots following all Accredo procedures and safety measures. • Reports/corrects nonconforming issues, records/tracks production output and scrap and reports runtime vs. downtime. • Coordinate with Pouching packers and team to visually inspects and tests film for quality defects. • Checks all tools and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure good housekeeping is maintained. Qualifications: • Education: High school graduated • Experience: manufacturing operation experience preferred • Skills: ability to read, write and speak English; computer experience; able to operate basic machine tool and measuring device Physical Demands: Able to lift 50 lbs. LI-DNP
