Hogan1, a pioneer in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods to our clients, thereby upholding the reputation of Hogan1 as a leader in the delivery of exceptional value and expert logistics services. As a CDL A Truck Driver with Hogan1, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing deliveries and maintaining strict adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck over designated routes, adhering strictly to all federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, and preparing customer invoices and reports upon delivery. Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip, and report any issues or concerns to the management team. Maintain communication with dispatch to receive delivery or route changes and provide updates on traffic and weather conditions that may impact delivery schedules. Handle documentation accurately, ensuring all shipment logs and timesheets are correctly completed. Assist in the loading and unloading process of cargo, ensuring all merchandise is secured prior to transport to mitigate any risks. Commit to adhering to the safety standards and maintenance routines set by Hogan1 to prolong the lifespan and efficiency of the transportation fleet. Proficiency in driving large vehicles and managing schedule demands efficiently. Strong knowledge of transportation software and GPS devices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain calm under pressure and adapt to unforeseen circumstances. Good physical health and stamina suited for the demands of long-haul truck driving.
