As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will be at the heart of our operational excellence, contributing to the timely, safe, and efficient delivery of goods across routes that span our comprehensive network. Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport and deliver products or materials in liquid, loose, or packaged form. Follow route schedules closely to ensure timely deliveries. Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order. Report any incidents encountered on the road to a dispatcher. Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management. Manage all necessary documentation ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all logs and reports. Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules. Proven ability to maneuver truck into loading or unloading position. Understanding of how to secure cargo for transport using ropes, blocks, chains, or covers. Effective communication skills for interacting with logistics personnel. Excellent time management skills to maximize payload and minimize route duration. No DUI/DWI in last 10 years.
