Commercial Litigation Attorney We are seeking an exceptional
Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed law firm in
Houston. As a key member of our litigation team, you will play a
critical role in representing clients in complex commercial
disputes and providing strategic counsel to help them navigate
high-stakes legal challenges. Responsibilities: • Represent clients
in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes,
business torts, and other complex litigation cases • Conduct
thorough investigations, gather evidence, and develop effective
litigation strategies • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and
other court documents • Negotiate settlements and engage in
alternative dispute resolution processes • Collaborate with
colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve client goals • Stay
up-to-date on developments in commercial litigation law and best
practices Requirements: • 2022-2023 Barred attorney with a strong
academic background and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in
commercial litigation • 1-3 years of experience in commercial
litigation, preferably in a law firm or in-house counsel setting •
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills • Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We
