You must have experience in probate and trust administration for this position. Must be located in CALIFORNIA. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly Responsibilities: Manage probate and trust administration case files, from intake through final distribution Draft petitions, notices, accountings, inventories, and court documents in compliance with California probate rules Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, beneficiaries, and courts Prepare and file pleadings with the court via e-filing and in person as needed Coordinate with financial institutions, CPAs, and other professionals to gather and organize asset information Track deadlines and ensure timely filings and case progress Support attorneys with hearing prep and case strategy Maintain internal systems, case notes, and calendar events Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in probate and trust administration Deep understanding of California probate and trust laws and procedures Strong drafting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail Proficient with Clio or similar case management software Ability to multitask, prioritize, and move cases forward independently Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach Paralegal Certificate preferred; notary public a plus Team player About Company Why You’ll Love Working Here: We know the value of a positive, empowered workplace—and we live it daily.
