Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Paralegal (Corporate) to assist attorneys with legal research and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities

Draft and prepare regulatory filings and corporate documents
Assist in responding to state audits and examinations
Research statutes and regulations related to managed care and corporate law

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of paralegal experience, including 3 years in managed healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA qualified program
Knowledge of NAIC regulations and state insurance department filing portals
