Top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated attorney for our Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Group in our Los Angeles or San Francisco office.
This is an off-track position offering exceptional experience working with our attorneys and clients.
Products Liability and Toxic Tort Attorney Position Requirements

• 
  
• Must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills
  
• 5+ years of experience in complex litigation with additional experience in asbestos/toxic tort related litigation
  
• Experience in asbestos litigation
  
• Requisite experience: All elements of case work-up and trial preparation including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, and taking and defending fact and expert depositions
  
• Qualified applicants should submit cover letter, resume and writing sample. JD & California Bar Admission
