Our Sugar Land, TX Personal Injury Law Practice is growing and actively searching for a Bilingual (Spanish) Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of plaintiff litigation paralegal experience. The best candidate is enthusiastic about enhancing their career and our law practice and is a person who displays concern and who appreciates and maintains open and honest communication. Responsibilities:

--- In this role, your talents will move cases forward by gathering and organizing documents, creating and responding to discovery, calendaring hearings, and communicating with clients and attorneys to create a winning plan for each client

Qualifications:
Requirements:
--- Bilingual (Spanish) - Ability to speak Spanish fluently
--- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury
--- Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, and the general legal field
--- Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, video conference software, scanners, etc.
--- Competitive nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals
--- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high-energy, growing environment
--- Draft/respond to discovery, create DCOs, and calendar deadlines and appointments
--- Analyze evidence/reports, organize, and track files
--- E-file
--- Schedule depositions
--- Prepare mediation/trial notebooks

Work Style - Hybrid/ At office location most days with the ability to work remotely some days after the trial period. Full-time - 8 AM - 5 PM / M-F.

The salary for this role is $70,000 annually and is based on the requirements/experience mentioned above.
