Job Description:

Our company designs and builds interactive websites for municipal and county juridictions across the U.S., using our own proprietary software. We seek an individual with good graphic and web design skills for laying out and building the content of our client websites. These skills may also contribute to advertising layout and design, creating marketing collateral, and helping clients with media kit implementation. This position will also be involved in document preparation and uploading, quality control, and reviewing technical documents to help build quantitative calculators programmed by other staff. Good organization skills, communication, and time management are essential.
The ideal candidate will be a young, entry-level professional with an interest in and aptitude for computer software (non-programming) and a desire to be a diligent, competent, and reliable member of our team. This individual must work well with others, take direction from other staff, have a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Job duties:

• Graphic design and layout of webpages including knowledge of web development
• Packaging design for brochures, handouts, and other marketing materials
• Editing and formatting documents to specific standards
• Importing formatted documents to proprietary software
• Quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC)
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data entry, updating, and reporting
• Working as part of a team to deliver projects to clients on a scheduled timeline
• Report project progress in management software
• Other administrative and project related duties

    • Technical or Associates degree, or a High School diploma and three years professional office experience
    • Daily, in-office work
