Job Description Job Description Project: To support our CATO
(Cloud Adoption & Transformation Operations) program. Location:
Houston, TX-Hybrid-3 days onsite Skills Detailed Write up of your
experience Minimum 15 years in IT experience Minimum 6 years in
Application Architecture/Modernization Must Have: Hands-on
portfolio assessment & rationalization (6R: rehost, replatform,
refactor, rearchitect, replace, retire). Must Have: Deep experience
modernizing legacy stacks (Java/.NET, Oracle/SQL Server, packaged
apps; mainframe a plus). Must Have: Azure-first designs using
AKS/App Service/Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus/Event
Grid, Logic Apps, Key Vault. Must Have: CI/CD & IaC (Azure DevOps
or GitHub Actions; Terraform/Bicep), containerization
(Docker/Kubernetes/Helm). Must Have: Data modernization (Azure SQL
MI, DMS, Cosmos DB; exposure to Synapse/Data Factory preferred).
Nice to Have: Tools: Azure Migrate, App Service Migration
Assistant, DMS, CAST Highlight, AppDynamics. Nice to Have:
Security-by-design, API-first and event-driven patterns,
domain-driven design. Nice to Have: Certifications: Azure Solutions
Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, TOGAF
