Job Description Job Description Pattern Cutter Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Cutter , for a company located in Katy TX. The ideal candidate will have prior experience accurately cutting patterns and materials according to specifications. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and basic computer skills to document completed work. Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pattern Cutter Duties and Responsibilities • Cut patterns and materials according to the provided templates and specifications • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all cutting tasks • Inspect materials for defects or inconsistencies before and after cutting • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Accurately complete production log sheets and enter required information into the computer • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Pattern Cutter Qualifications and Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Previous experience as a cutter or in a similar role is required • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Basic computer skills and experience completing digital log sheets or production records • Bilingual in English and Spanish required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Job Type Full-time, Temporary to Hire Benefits • Weekly Pay • Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance • 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours • 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
