is looking for an enthusiastic Dog Care Manager to join our brand
new doggie daycare, boarding, grooming, and retail store in Spring,
TX! This position requires dog care/handling experience, a great
team attitude, and the ability to help manage a staff of handlers
(canine companions). The Dog Care Manager will work closely with
the other managers to set the right team culture & provide the best
care to the dogs of Spring! This position will be responsible for
the excellent care, comfort, safety, and happiness of our canine
guests. This is our highest priority. We are a fast-paced business.
The candidate should be prepared to spend the entire shift on
his/her feet. Multi-tasking, quick problem-solving, and maintaining
organization skills in a busy environment is a requirement. We
require a positive attitude, outgoing personality, dedication to
providing an exceptional experience for our clientele, and of
course, a love of dogs. Primary functions include: Ensuring the
safety, care, and comfort of our canine guests Supervising and
directing safe and positive play Overseeing staff and canine
interactions Managing back of house operations Safe, comfortable,
and positive handling of dogs Identifying dog play styles and
behaviors and proactively responding Ensuring all cleanliness,
health, and safety protocols are strictly followed Implementing and
training on corporate policies Help drive a positive team
environment Ensuring our dogs and customers receive an exceptional

Qualifications: Dog handling experience Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment Ability to manage a schedule and a team of

Pay ranges between $14-$17 per hour, depending on experience, with
