SummaryYou will beresponsible for overseeing all pharmacy
operations including receiving, orderpicking, packing, shipping,
transportation, and inventory management. ThePharmacy Logistics
Supervisor is also responsible for the hiring,
training,orientation, supervision, and evaluation of all pharmacy
employees.--What you will do in this role:
- Overseeall pharmacy supply chain functions.
- Maintainoperating expenses based on an annual operating
- Providetraining to all new employees.
- Meetor exceed warehouse Key Performance Indicators. Prepare
Pharmacy KeyPerformance Indicator report.
- Ensurethat all policies and procedures are being followed by
- Ensurehighest levels of Inventory accuracy are met or exceeded.
Ensure highestquality and accuracy for all pharmacy processes.
- Maintaineffective communication with customers, co-workers, and
other team members.
- Ensurethat all material handling and transportation equipment
is properly maintained.
- Supervisecycle counting process.
- Supervisephysical inventory counts during inventory
- Ensurepharmacy operations meet all department mandated
timeframes and deadlines. Qualifications Education and Experience
- High schooldiploma or GED is required. Bachelor---s degree in
Business, Supply Chain orrelated discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 5years--- warehouse operations management experience
- CertifiedPharmacy Tech strongly preferred. Experience in
healthcare distribution orpharmacy a plus.
- Experienceutilizing WMS software a plus.
- Requiresvalid state driver---s license.--If you find this
