Job Description:
Join Encompass Health as a Physical Therapist, where you'll play
a vital role in helping patients restore their mobility and
strength. You'll conduct assessments to craft personalized
treatment plans and implement therapeutic exercises tailored to
each patient's progress. Your role involves collaborating with a
dynamic team of healthcare professionals and educating patients and
their families about continuing rehabilitation outside our

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, along with
licensure to practice. Three to five years of clinical experience
is preferred, ensuring that you can deliver the exceptional level

to develop a personalized treatment plan aimed at restoring
mobility and strength. Implement therapy programs and exercise
regimens based on individual patient requirements and progress.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare
professionals to coordinate patient care and outcomes. Educate
patients and their families on exercises and therapeutic techniques
to continue rehabilitation at home. Maintain accurate patient
records including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
