In this role, you will provide top-quality respiratory care to patients across a range of settings in our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. Assess patient health needs and implement appropriate respiratory care plans Operate and manage respiratory therapeutic devices Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and equipment Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the respiratory department Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports as required Proficient in using respiratory care equipment and monitoring tools Excellent patient assessment skills Strong communication and educational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required Active state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner BLS certified, ACLS preferred
