Job Description:
Memorial Hermann, a leader in Texas healthcare, is seeking a
dedicated and skilled RN for our Cardiovascular Intensive Care
Unit. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care through
high-quality medical services and clinical excellence. In this
vital role, you will be a crucial part of a team providing
specialized care to patients with severe cardiac conditions. We

and a team-oriented approach to healthcare. Provide critical care
and close monitoring to CVICU patients, including those recovering
from cardiac surgeries. Administer medications, manage ventilators
and other life support equipment. Monitor patient progress and
adjust treatments based on clinical judgment and physician
guidance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on
disease processes, treatment, and post-hospital care. Maintain
accurate and up-to-date patient records according to hospital
protocol. Strong clinical skills in a high-acuity ICU setting
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Proficiency in
managing complex patient needs and life support systems Ability to
work collaboratively in a team environment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
