Job Description:
Memorial Hermann, a leading health system in Texas recognized

is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN to join our
multidisciplinary Cath Lab team. This role is pivotal in managing
and providing specialized nursing care in a catheterization
laboratory environment, where your expertise will directly
contribute to our mission of improving health and delivering
high-quality care. The right candidate will bring a deep
understanding of cardiac care, will thrive in a fast-paced setting,
and will demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and effective
team collaboration. Provide direct and individualized nursing care
to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to
provide the best possible care and advice. Collaborate with
physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for
patients. Perform routine diagnostic and emergency therapeutic
procedures as necessary. Maintain a deep familiarity with the
operation and maintenance of specialized cath lab equipment. Follow
strictly all health and safety protocols, including the use of
infection control mechanisms to protect both healthcare workers and
patients. Advanced knowledge of cardiac care and emergency
response. Proficient in using cath lab technology and equipment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively
in a high-pressure environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Texas. Certification in Cardiovascular
Nursing (CVRN) is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
