ER Physician Opportunity | 12-Hour Shifts | Texas Locums Start Date: Immediate | Duration: 3???6 months We are seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for locum opportunities in a busy emergency department near Devers, TX. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while making a direct impact on patient care. Schedule & Details: 12-hour shifts (AM & PM coverage needed) ER bays: 18 Patient volume: 1.5???2 patients/hour Mix: predominantly adult Admission rate: ~20% Requirements: Open to new graduates Primary Care physicians with ER experience may be considered Case logs required if not ABEM-certified Emergency privileges may be granted Facility Info: No trauma designation Single-coverage physician model with standard ER staff Meditech EMR (orientation includes two shadow days) This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable ER experience in a well-equipped facility with efficient processes.
