hiring for an Hospice Nurse for the Houston, TX area! Schedule:
Full-Time, On-Call schedule is from Monday-Thursday 5p-8a. Love

programs Great culture! Responsibilities: Respond promptly to
on-call requests, triaging patient needs via phone and in-person
visits. Assess patient condition and provide skilled nursing
interventions for pain and symptom management. Educate patients and
families on hospice care, medication administration, and comfort
measures. Document all patient interactions accurately in the
electronic medical record (EMR) per regulatory and agency
standards. Communicate with interdisciplinary team members
regarding changes in patient status. Coordinate with pharmacies,
DME providers, and other resources as needed. Requirements: Active
RN license in the State of Texas Hospice 1-2yrs experience
preferred Strong organizational, assessment, and time-management
skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid
