Shift: Nights | Rotating Weekends Shift Options: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
or 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Pediatric CICU Registered Nurse to join a leading women’s and
children’s healthcare organization. This role focuses on providing
specialized, high-acuity care to pediatric patients with congenital
heart disease and post-cardiac surgery needs in a collaborative,
family-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct
patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, with a
strong focus on critically ill pediatric cardiac patients Develop,
implement, evaluate, and document individualized, family-centered
plans of care Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and supportive care
environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives and
unit-based process enhancements Incorporate patient and family
education into all aspects of nursing care Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Required
Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 1 year of
recent Pediatric ICU experience in an acute care hospital Basic
Life Support (BLS) – within 30 days of hire Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) – within 6 months of hire Pediatric Advanced Life
Support (PALS) – within 6 months of hire Associate Degree in
Nursing required BSN required (enrollment within 6 months and
