We are expanding our outpatient psychiatry team and seeking passionate, board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists to work in a hybrid model in Austin, Houston, or Dallas. Why Join Our Team? Ability to supervise APPs Elite Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed salary for the first 9 months, followed by a 60/40 split with uncapped earning potential. Supervision is paid at $1,000 per month per supervisee. Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage. Paid CME hours and stipend. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage and generous PTO. Your Impactful Role Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults and/or adolescents. Provide high-quality, in-person care from one of our professional offices in Austin, Houston, or Dallas. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and leadership to ensure seamless, ethical care. Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
