Job Description Job Description Salary: $40/hour Job Summary Savanchi Healthcare Agency is a trusted healthcare staffing agency seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. As an RN working with our agency, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while enjoying the flexibility and support of a dedicated staffing team. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive in-home patient assessments and develop personalized care plans. Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and wound care. Monitor patient health status and promptly communicate changes to the supervising physician or care team. Educate patients and caregivers on medication management, chronic condition care, and overall health practices. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, home health aides, and physicians. Promote patient safety and ensure a clean and supportive home environment. Qualifications Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Texas. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or community nursing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Strong clinical judgment, independence, and time management skills. Comfortable working in various home environments. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with OASIS documentation and EMR systems. Experience managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, CHF, or COPD. Multilingual skills are a plus.
