Job Description:

Certified Surgical Technologist in our Cardiovascular Operating
Room (CVOR). Dedicated to improving health with a focus on

this role is vital for the efficient functioning of our surgical
teams. As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will work directly
with surgical staff to prepare and maintain sterile field during
cardiovascular operations, ensuring all standards of safety and
efficiency are met. Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
Assist surgical teams in the setup of operating rooms Handle and
account for surgical instruments during procedures Ensure all
equipment is functioning properly before use Collaborate with
nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons Follow all surgical
standards and regulations for safety and sterility Participate in
patient safety initiatives and training Assist in the collection
and documentation of procedural steps and requirements In-depth
knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment Strong
understanding of sterile processing and aseptic techniques Ability
to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal
communication skills Collaborative and able to work as part of a
