Job Description:
Memorial Hermann, a distinguished leader in healthcare based in
Texas, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Radiologic
Technologist for our Northeast Hospital. This role is pivotal in
leading our radiology team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional
radiologic services in line with our commitment to clinical
excellence and patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will
oversee the radiological services, maintain compliance with health
and safety protocols, and ensure the highest quality of care is
provided to our patients. Supervise the radiology department and
manage a team of radiologic technologists. Ensure compliance with
all health and safety regulations within the radiology department.
Manage the scheduling, maintenance, and operation of all
radiographic equipment. Develop and implement protocols to enhance
radiological services and patient care. Participate in the training
and development of staff to ensure high standards of competency and
performance. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
improve patient outcomes and department efficiency. Strong
leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of
radiologic technology and equipment Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in compliance and safety protocols
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare
