Compensation Package up to $127,000 annually. Opportunity to earn
MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of
assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a
competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses,
and long-term ownership in the company. Monthly Performance Bonuses
: Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment
delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact
without waiting months to qualify. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide
supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn
bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact! Certification
Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified

the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment
plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best
practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to
staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to
meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and
other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
