Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a Nurse Manager Neonatal ICU NICU for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role: This position is for NIGHTS Shift Hours 11p-7a - (weekends w/rotation/on-call) Ask me about our Sign-On Bonus - You will assist the Director with all department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility. - You will assist in coordinating the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement. - You will ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis. - You will provide clinical support to the nursing staff.? - You will be responsible assisting, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients in the Women’s Services Units. What qualifications you will need: - 2 plus years of experience in NICU required - 2 plus years of management or Charge Nurse Experience required - BSN required. - Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire date) - Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.
