Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Therapist - 1099 Contractor -
LPC or LCSW - Oregon Licensed.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver remote care throughout short-term, evidence-based
programs
Monitor participant progress and provide follow-up communications
and care coordination recommendations
Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters following
company protocols
Required Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in Oregon (LCSW,
LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for 10+ hours/week
Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare
program
