Senior Oncology Clinic Registered NurseWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Oncology Clinic Registered Nurse to join our team at US Oncology, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of community-based cancer care, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to those in need.About the RoleAs a Senior Oncology Clinic Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients with various types of cancer, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based treatments.Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and develop comprehensive care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesRequirements
  • Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing
  • Minimum of five (5) years of RN experience, with at least one year in oncology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
