Hudson, MA. is currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and
passionate individual to join our team as a Speech-Language
Pathologist. Integrated Children's Therapies, is a collaborative
organization that provides quality services, including Occupational
Therapy, Speech, and ABA to children in our clinic, via telehealth,
and in our client's homes. Full-time position benefits are as

Requirements/Qualifications: This position is both face-to-face
(clinic and home-based) and telehealth treatments. Experience in
telehealth treatments is required. At least one year of experience
with the pediatric population and be able to provide treatment for
a full range of diagnoses. Candidates are required to have a Master
of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) from ASHA, and be licensed in the state of
Massachusetts. Candidates who do not have experience with a
pediatric population and do not have a masters will not be
considered. Responsibilities: Assess, consult, plan and conduct
treatment for pediatric clients and their families Continuously
evaluate client needs, plan and problem solve in order to help each
client reach his or her potential Communicate and collaborate with
OTs, BCBAs, RBTs, and parents in order to provide an effective
program. Document all consultation and treatment sessions on a
daily basis, as well as provide appropriate documentation to the
treatment team based on ICT's requirements. Provide assessment,
progress, and discharge report in a timely manner. Communicate with
Directors regarding any changes in status, problems, or intent to
change any aspect of services already in place; and, to discuss
same with Directors prior to communicating with clients family or
referral source. Attend and participate in meetings as required
(e.g., staff meetings, weekly clinical meetings) Develop
instructional materials as needed. Potentially plan, coordinate and
conduct in-service training for staff with related services team.
Keep a careful record of billable hours Stay abreast of funding
resource changes that impact reporting and/or treatment
