Responsibilities
Develops strategies, coordinates day to day operations, and evaluates impact of the services provided on patients referred to the program. Works with interprofessional team to facilitate overall programmatic growth.
Works on program management and professional business development, physician relations and management of both internal and external activities. Supports efforts through analysis, assessment, and in coordination with the overall hospital business plan, and in conjunction with department director.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintains the daily operations of the program.
2. Coordinates care throughout the program utilizing appropriate tools to ensure high quality, cost effective care is provided to all patients referred to the program.
3. Performs preliminary assessments and assigns service providelated to the program and the program's services.
5. Partners with other clinical team members in assessing and supporting the needs of the patient/family who have been referred to the program.
6. Presents program data and outcomes to internal and external audiences.
7. Provides educational offerings to internal and external audiences on program services.
8. Collaborates with management on the expansion of program offerings and services.
9. Maintains program records and files including documentation in electronic medical record as appropriate.
10. Develop and implement a business plan to drive EMS growth and improve operations in terms of quality and process.
11. Develop goals or enhanced EMS referrals.
12. Collaborate independently specific local EMS organizations, interactions and conductive to business and Public Relations development.
13.Originate, plan and coordinate special marketing projects and programs designed to attract referrals
14. Severe as liaison to all audiences of EMS services (senior executives, physicians, departments) for issues related to marketing and business.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Three (3) years of expereince in specific program area

  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated
  • Effective problem solving techniques
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office programs)
