Executive Director is a results-driven and visionary leader
responsible for advancing clinical excellence, operational
efficiency, and financial performance across their regions at ALP.
This role demands an inspiring and strategic leader who empowers
teams, fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, and
ensures that organizational goals are met or exceeded.Reporting
directly to the Vice President of Clinical Operations, the
Executive Director is accountable for achieving the region's
budgeted EBITDA while delivering high-quality client care and
driving sustainable growth. Through hands-on leadership and
strategic oversight, this role shapes the operational and clinical
landscape of the region, ensuring ALP's commitment to service
excellence and employee development remains at the forefront. What

role.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Implement innovative strategies to
enhance clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and team
performance; optimize enterprise systems like CentralReach, and
implement strategies to retain high-performing team members.
- Financial Management: Manage and achieve regional EBITDA
targets; develop and monitor annual budgets; analyze key financial
metrics to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Operational Excellence: Refine workflows to optimize efficiency
and service quality; monitor performance metrics and maintain
compliance and safety standards across facilities.
- Leadership Development: Inspire and mentor leadership teams;
provide coaching, succession planning, and initiatives to enhance
employee engagement and retention.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships
with funding agencies; ensure exceptional client care and alignment
with regulatory standards.
- Business Development: Expand service offerings, identify new
revenue streams, and improve service delivery to meet client and
market demands.
- Collaboration & Communication: Act as liaison between regional
operations and the executive team; ensure effective communication
across teams and partner with Support Center departments to achieve
goals.Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior
Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure: Active BCBA Certification required (ideal candidates
have held BCBA certification for at least 5 years)
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of proven leadership
experience in clinical and operations management, with a
demonstrated ability to oversee multi-faceted teams and achieve
organizational goals.Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
- Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving
skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems
like CentralReach
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the
ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
