Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the customer
lifecycle, focusing on AI-powered capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the platform evolves to
meet customer needs while maintaining compliance and
reliability
Guide a team of product managers to develop and scale internal
tooling and customer experience solutions
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or Sanctions technologies
within scaled companies, particularly in Fintech or crypto
10+ years in executive or managerial roles, or equivalent
entrepreneurship experience
Experience in RegTech or Fintech companies, with a strong
understanding of risk and compliance workflows
Highly quantitative and analytical, with proven experience in
regulatory exams
Ability to lead and influence diverse teams in a complex, matrixed
organization
