Join our innovative Chemical Sales Team
Our Midstream Chemical Team uses technology consisting of
chemistry, equipment, knowledge expertise, Intellectual Property,
correct application methods and monitoring to improve pipeline flow
improver performance while providing value to our clients.
Partner with the best
As a sales manager within Downstream Product Line you will
represent Baker Hughes with executive and procurement management of
pipeline, terminal, and refining organizations across North America
in order to help progress critical sales projects.
As a FLO Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans that
are aligned with business plan to deliver
Work in close collaboration with Global PL Headquarters (HQ),
Global OFS HQ, and Region OFS Sales & Commercial teams, inclusive
of market intelligence, early engagement, technical sales,
equipment & channel sales, accounts, commercial operations,
commercial pricing, commercial risk, and commercial contracts
teams
Collaboration with key account or local/region account teams
Building relationships with key customers at both corporate and
field facilities
Performing standard account management practices to understand
customer needs, requirements, and potential sales opportunities
while managing account P&L
Mentoring service delivery personnel for assigned customer
account(s)
Managing customer contracts to maximize profitability while
monitoring and evaluating programs and expenditures
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree or demonstrate equivalent work
experience
3 years' experience in refining or midstream markets
Understanding of fluid mechanics and hydraulics
Have experience in commercial or sales role with good customer
interface, relationship building, and a track record of delivering
sales growth
Show comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and
midstream market conditions
Have an understanding of general finance and budgeting, including
profit and loss and cash-flow management
Have presentation skills
Ability to work with all levels of an organization
Be available to travel up to 30% of the time
