Currently seeking a Head Chef, Sous chef and/or Kitchen Manager with experience in high quality food, presentation and all metrics of running a great kitchen. -50-55 hours a week:(Culinary degree a plus)Must have 3 to 5 years experience in high quality food preparationOrdering & inventory, In and out walk inNegotiate with suppliersMaintain sanitation and food safety standards -Hire & schedule all kitchen staff -Create and maintain pars for lunch and dinner -Menu costing -Understands POS systems and sales mix -Working with extraordinary ChefsMust be able to handle expediting the line -Vegan and vegetarian experience a plusGreat communication, and computer skills -Health insuranceTwo weeks paid vacationPTOGrowing company
