Vice President of Sales

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all brands and deployment of sales for the
organization. Generates revenue through the sales team by
developing the strategic sales plans based on the companies' goals,
while assisting in maintaining and expanding customer base;
managing territories assigned to sale team, accounts and project
management. Become a part of the company's Leadership Team.
Outside Sales Representative Job Duties:
- Oversee all sales and marketing team members daily activity and
- Achieves sales objectives by developing a dynamic sales
organization and creating strategic sales plans. Ensuring that the
team is completing action plans; producing sales results and
excelling above customer-service standards.
- Ensuring sales financial objectives by assisting in forecasting
requirements; preparing a sales plan per territory; reviewing
expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective
- Maintains and expands customer base by; building and
maintaining rapport with key sales team and customers.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product
opportunities in the market, and/or product, packaging, and service
changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining and
developing professional and personal networks.
- Accomplishes sales and organization missions by completing
related tasks as needed for the sales organization.

- Bachelor degree required or work experience equivalent
