This role is ideal for a technician who is confident in front of homeowners, strong in system diagnostics, and motivated by performance-based income. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems. Present repair and replacement options to homeowners in a clear, professional manner. Convert service calls into: High-value repairs Full system replacements Indoor air quality upgrades Maintenance memberships Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call. Complete digital invoices, estimates, and job documentation.
