Job Description:

• 
  
• Assist in identifying product requirements.
  
• Analyze, design, develop and maintain products and assist in their commercialization.
  
• Build prototypes, products, and systems suitable for testing.
  
• Set up and run lab simulations.
  
• Produce analyses and mathematical models.
  
• Create and maintain product documentation.

  Requirements
  
  
  • 
    
  • Knowledge of pressure control and/or managed pressure drilling systems used in the oil and gas industry.
    
  • Proficient in stress/strain calculations
    
  • Knowledge of mechanical drafting (GD&T tolerance)
    
  • Knowledge of 3D modelling software: Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.
    
  • Knowledge of FEA software: Abaqus, Ansys, Nastran, etc.
    
  • Mechanical Engineering. B. Sc. at minimum. M. Sc. is preferred.
    
  • 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
