Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for experienced School Psychologists
located in Cypress, TX. This position involves providing
comprehensive psychological services across two school campuses.
The primary focus includes conducting evaluations, particularly for
Emotional Disturbance (ED) and Autism (AU) suspicions, as well as
re-evaluations. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting
psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students
suspected of ED or AU. - Performing Functional Behavioral
Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans
(BIPs). - Participating in Manifestation Determination Reviews
(MDRs). - Serving as a behavior consultant to support staff and
enhance student outcomes. - Collaborating with educators,
administrators, and parents to develop tailored interventions.
Desired Qualifications: - Certification or licensure as a School
Psychologist. - Experience conducting evaluations and assessments
in educational settings. - Knowledge of behavioral interventions
and legal requirements related to special education. - Strong
communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage
caseloads across multiple campuses efficiently. Location: -
