Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech Language Pathologist position is available in Richmond, TX,
offering an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic
school setting. This role is ideal for candidates holding the
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
(SLP-CCC) and seeking to contribute their expertise in an
educational environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct speech and
language assessments to identify communication disorders in
students. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
tailored to each student's needs. - Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other professionals to support student progress. -
Monitor and document students progress regularly, adjusting therapy
plans as needed. - Provide guidance and training to school staff on
effective communication strategies. Qualifications: - Certificate
of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
required. - Experience working in school settings preferred. -
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Commitment to
